Since the moment that I called and met Jake on the phone I have known that my husband his memory and our family were in really good hands. I just want to say thank you and I know that on Memorial Day this year, May 2024, that everything will be very well taken care of and we will have a wonderful memorial service in honor of my husband who deserves the honor thank you very much to Jake and to everyone at Joines funeral home. We are putting Robert to rest there. As that is where he grew up was in Camargo, Illinois and he will also be put to rest in Camargo. Illinoi am very thankful for the opportunity to meet such wonderful people in Villa Grove. Can't wait to meet you when we get there on Memorial Day. Thanks again for everything that you have done and will continue to do Jake. Our family really appreciate you.

My mom, Elizabeth Barnhart, passed away early in September. Jake Reifsteck was wonderful to work with. He made the process as easy as it could be and his attention to detail was much appreciated. We gave him creative license in choosing a picture and verse for the handout and his choices were wonderful, we couldn’t have chosen these better ourselves. Thanks so much, Jake!

My mother, Sally Swan passed away recently and we chose Joines Funeral Home to handle the arrangements. We have been associated with the Joines and Faust families for many years. Jake Reifsteck did an amazing job in preparing the casket and walking us through everything that we needed to honor my mother. Thank you so much Jake and Bob Faust for the wonderful job you did and helping us in this tough time.

Bob Faust went above and beyond for my dads funeral. Bob was such a comfort to me and my family. He offered hugs when we needed them, pat on the back, kleenex, just those little things to help us get thru this difficult journey. I have never seen a funeral director show any kind of emotions and this was extremely touching. We are forever grateful.
